Generators - Rental Services

Mobile power solution: We have a Triton 50KW diesel generator which is “Whisper Quiet” when running and is mobile on a self contained trailer. This unit can supply 200 amps @ 120/240 volt single phase (house power), 208 and 480 3-phase through a selector switch.

Emergency commercial power: This mobile generator can be plugged into a commercial establishment to power 3-phase machinery during a power outage.

Power a tent or back-yard party: We supply the generator and temporary circuit breaker panel or panels that fuse a multitude of GFI protected receptacles that can be used by the band, catering needs, general lighting, etc.

Technical on-site assistance: We offer a person to remain onsite if desired, to assist in the electrical needs of the party. If a person is required to stay during all or part of the rental to assist in running electric circuits, time will be billed per hour.

An average rental scenario of a Saturday afternoon party: Friday, the day before, Ocean Electric transports the mobile generator to the site, sets-up temp panels, spades or covers wire into the ground from the generator to the panels, tests all circuits and generator, leaves the site to return on Saturday to start-up the system. This rental includes 8-hours of run time and the customer only has to hit the off switch at close of party; extra hours on the meter are billed accordingly.
